1. Start weaning down on carbs
2. Pick a date to start the keto diet.
3. Test ketones once per day at the same time each day (evening) while in the induction phase.
4. Avoid ketone supplements unless feeling badly (fatigue) in order to check to see if you are making ketones.
5. Drink extra water
Testing in 1-2 weeks (before and after if possible):
● Chem23 or similar
● Lipid Panel
● Fasting Glucose / Fasting Insulin if needed
● Could check IGF1
